Since retiring in 2001, Gibby has become a leading international talent scout, representing over 200 professional footballers and coaches who have collectively won more than 120 trophies. Beyond their on-field success, these athletes have created sustainable livelihoods for their families and communities. The founding of GK Sport Academy is the continuation of his life’s mission—to use sports as a vehicle for empowerment and transformation.
